Anything Goes....

This last Saturday night my mom, JD, and I drove down to St. George to support Brigham and watch him in the Dixie State College Theater production Anything Goes. It was such a delight to watch that musical. It is a very old show and I was surprised to find out how many famous songs came from that musical. Songs written by Cole Porter like I get a kick out of you and DeLovely. The cast did a great job and I loved the set. It looked just like a nice old boat and it was just fun and interactive. Brigham was supporting cast and he was in most of the scenes. He's a great dancer and for sure he's a huge HAM! I can't blame him though he was blessed with it in his name not once but TWICE!! (brigHAM blackHAM) He really loves being on stage and it shows. If you are down in St. George through this Saturday I would recommend you go and watch it!! Great Job little bro!!! The only problem I have with him being in so many productions is that they are FOUR hours away!! So anytime I want to go and watch his shows it's an eight hour round trip. That boy better know that I love him and wouldn't do it if I didn't. It wouldn't be that big of a deal except for it's usually a one day trip and that get's pretty exausting. Oh well, I'm so happy that we could watch his production. JD is a trooper by the way, he is the one that escorts my mom and me. We are both worthless driving at night and therefore he gets to drive the entire way home. I feel really bad about that but I love him for it.
